We at M&J Dispatch, LLC are a small business whose mission is to help small trucking companies take their company to the next level. Our focus is small trucking companies who have less than 10 trucks who are in need of finding freight at the best price. Our truck dispatchers know the business better than anyone and are experts at finding the highest paying load helping you make the money you deserve. Our team of highly trained dispatchers will take care of all the paperwork, phone calls and payments so all you have to do is DRIVE.
Part-Time Office Staff

Job Description:
At M&J Dispatch our back office support are the hands and feet of our business. We need reliable office staff to support our dispatchers with their every day needs. This position will include basic office administration duties such as answering phones, sending emails, filling out paperwork, filing, client set-up via online portal and online invoicing. This position will also require help with business marketing, preparing/packing/mailing out promotional materials to potential clients and current clients.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly Organized and Motivated
- Pays close attention to detail (last line of defense to correct mistakes)
- Great communicator
- Be a people person (build trusting relationships)
- Competent computer skills (Google Docs, PDF filler, email, MS Word)
- High School Diploma or GED (recommended but not required)
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Competency in basic math skills
- Team player (share the workload of others)
- Be able to handle high-stress situations
- Dependable
- Benefits:
Daytime hours of Monday thru Friday 9am to 1pm (can flex when needed) - Starting pay $10/hour (can increase based on experience and education)
- Off on week-ends and holidays
We are a small, locally owned business and cannot provide health insurance, 401k, maternity leave, sick pay or medical leave.
