We’ve been using M&J for dispatching our truck for a few months now and we could tell the difference from the first week. I went to the class with my husband, who has been in trucking over 10 years. I have knowledge of the system only from exposure. I knew how to determine my price per mile but was not familiar with all the market areas; we normally stick to east coat. We’ve always run flatbed and knew where our market freight was based on previous loads. Matt sat with me and showed me how to work my market, how to post my husbands truck, and get the most money. I learned a lot and took away knowledge I use daily. I’ve kept in touch with Matt and consider him a friend and mentor.

I went thru the Shaggy class in January 2019 and was thankful for all the education learned. Thankfully Matt is always there to answer any of my questions, even now months after completing the class. I was an OTR driver for 2 years and then a local driver for 3 years, so I knew that side of the trucking industry, but now that I’m getting older I wanted to get started in the dispatching side of things.
